    • Features a photo from 1901 of the Nahulu 'Ohana who were florists and lei makers amongst other things
    • Leis can be constructed of flowers, leaves, shells, seeds, nuts, or feathers
    • The photo is lovingly framed by a maile and mokihana lei which is symbolic of Kaua'i island because the mokihana tree is found nowhere else in the world
    • Information about kanaka in the photo was provided Jazmin Uluwehi, whose great grandmother pointed out her Tutu Moke Nahulu and his brother Hookaaka Nahulu in the photograph
